Hooray for Fish! is an adorable children's book written by Lucy Cousins. It happens to be the favorite book of a very special little girl named Noa who just turned 1. My best friend from high school and I were pregnant at the same time, and I can't believe her little girl is 1 already! Inspired by this beautiful, bright book, Noa had a fish-themed party. Though her birthday is at the end of April, the theme went very well with the unexpected 90 degree weather! Noa had a chocolate cake with buttercream icing because what girl doesn't love chocolate?
