Pastel Toy Blocks

This is a great time to be making cakes because it seems everyone's child is celebrating their 1st birthday! This cake was made for a little boy named Michael. Michael has the traditional wooden toy blocks at home, which was the inspiration behind this cake. His complete initials are MTS (hence the chosen letters). The top block had a "1" on the side while the bottom two blocks had a "t"ruck and a "s"ailboat. Of course, a mini block was made special for the birthday boys personal piece to enjoy!

Celtic Jersey and Symbol

This cake was made for a guy who became a fan of the Scottish soccer team while living in England for some time. The jersey has his last name on it and the smaller cake is a depiction of the Celtic symbol. The surprise of this cake is the chocolate cake with creamy peanut butter filling hiding inside.

A Girly Frog Cake

This little girl's 1st birthday party was all decked out in cute green and pink frogs. The invitation, plates, napkins, cups, balloons - it was only fitting that she have a cake to match! This cake was made with all organic ingredients (minus food coloring). The mini frog on the side was a special piece just for the birthday girl!
