Baseball Slugger

My friend's husband was celebrating his birthday at the batting cages - they had a party room and everything! Because of the child-like nature of the party, Kim requested I make a "juvenile" baseball cake. I wasn't quite sure how to work that in until I came up with the idea to use "Happy Birthday Slugger" for the inscription. The childish nickname was the perfect touch.

Happy 30th!

My favorite cousin, Jaime, has left her 20's behind and entered the world of being 30!! This chocolate cake with cream cheese icing reflects Jaime's fun personality and, most importantly, was made using her signature color - pink! The top was decorated with spunky white pearls that sprung out in different directions.

Paint Palette

My little niece turned 5 and celebrated her birthday at Artrageous Creations. The kids each got to paint their own ceramic figure to take home later. Their painting fun was the inspiration behind this paint palette cake.
