Twix Ice Cream Cake

For my brother's birthday in September, I made my first attempt at an ice cream cake. Per his request, there were 2 layers of chocolate ice cream sandwiching a layer of Twix pieces. The frosting is merely whipped cream with a chocolate and caramel drizzle - delicious!
