My friend Kim and I both share the same favorite dessert - tiramisu! I wanted to create something prettier than the usual pan tiramisu cake, and I was quite pleased with the results! To give recognition to the actual event, I cut out a 25 and sanded chocolate shavings on top.
I had the experience of tasting Renee's Tiramisu. She made it for my mom's birthday party. Not only was it very pretty, but the taste was definitely up to par and I try the Tiramisu everywhere I go. I loved the extra touch with the small chocolate chips. That made it perfect.
